Before you Start:
Our Club philosophy at TUFC is that we want to encourage participation regardless of playing ability and understand it's very important for players to play in the same team as their friends where abilities are similar.
Please note:
This form cannot be used for players wishing to play in the top tiers of the age group. These teams will be graded.
When submitting a request to play with friends, all parent phone numbers and email addresses must be filled in to indicate that they are part of the request. Incomplete forms will be disregarded.
TUFC will check with all parties that this action has been agreed to and that no undue pressure was forthcoming to influence a player to play with a friend.
Please be patient during the request as we have a lot of teams and friend requests to process. The Club Captain is responsible for team creation and all decisions are at their discretion in consultation with the Executive Team.
