TUFC 2025 Team Grading Request Form

Before you Start:
When submitting a request to play with friends, please gather one representative (manager preferred) to collate the names, phone numbers and email addresses of families wishing to play together and complete this form. This should only be completed once all families agree that the team will be graded where TUFC advises is appropriate and that A grade is not an option.

In very limited circumstances, B grade may be offered.

All teams are required at grading unless otherwise notified.

By completing this form you agree;

- The team has the minimum amount of players to submit as a team:
* 9 players for U9
* 11 players for U10/U11
- The team has a coach and/or manager organised
- The team understands that the grading decision made by TUFC is final
- The Team understands that TUFC reserves the right to alter the team list under exceptional circumstances including but not limited to:
* Adding players to complete the squad or balance out registrations
* Moving a skilled player who is not going to be challenged in the team's nominated grade
* Discovery by TUFC that a player has been put under duress to join the team
