Emergency Medical Care Authorisation
In the event that I am not available or unable to provide consent for emergency medical care for my child during the sports course, I authorise Limitless Sports Coaching Ltd and its staff to seek and authorise necessary medical treatment for my child.
Photography and Video Consent:
I consent to the capturing and use of images or videos of my child during the camp for promotional purposes, as outlined in the Privacy Policy
All emails will be added to the Limitless Sports Coaching mailing list. This information will not be passed on in any way. If you do not consent to your email being added please email: admin@limitlesssportscoaching.co.uk and your email shall be removed for our systems.
Essentials List: Please ensure your child comes prepared with the following essentials for the sports course:
Shin pads
Suitable sportswear
Water bottle
Coat or jacket
Sunscreen (if applicable)
Any required medication
Packed Lunch and snacks for breaks
Cancellations:
Cancellation requests made up to one week before the start date of the sports course will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after one prior to the start date or for no-shows during the sports course.
