Join 3 Ranges Cowboy Challenge Club Inc for day 2 of a double Challenge at Falling Creek Ranch Whanganui.

Plenty of room for floats and warm up area.

Please note water is available horse drinking water and washing, please bring your own drinking water. Bottled water will be available for sale.

INFORMATION:

Warm up area: A flat area of grass will be available.

Water: Water troughs for horses available, please bring your own drinking water.

Yard policy: Horses will need to be penned so please bring your own tape, standards and unit, and set up in the allocated area. If you don't have these items, please let us know. The area has short grass, so please bring feed/hay.

Helmet policy: Helmets must be worn if 18 years and under.

Rubbish & Horse poo: Take your rubbish away with you. Put all horse poo in allocated areas.

Spectators welcome, strictly no dogs allowed.

Indemnity Statement
1. Release and Indemnity of Owners andOccupiers of the Land. This event is made possible by kind permission of the owners and occupiers offarmland and/or suitable area, allowing us to use their land. I accept theyhave given their permission on condition that I release and indemnify them, andI hereby release and indemnify them from any and all liability, claims, losses,and damages and expenses whatsoever including any liability under the Healthand Safety in Employment Act. 2. General. I am capable of looking after my horse/s. I accept that the organisers reserve the right to check on my horse/s, and notallow the start or continuation of the Have a Go/Training Day if my horse/s isdeemed unfit for any reason. I understand that my horse/s must be at anacceptable level of fitness and ability. I will follow the instructions andaccept the decisions made by the organisers. If I do not follow instructionsand/or abuse my horse I accept that I may be asked to leave the premises by theorganisers. 3. Personal Safety. Iunderstand that the participation in the Cowboy Challenge Have a Go/TrainingDay involves risk of injury or death. In entering the Cowboy Challenge Have aGo/Training Day, I confirm I am physically fit enough, suffer no medicalcondition, disability or lack of skill which would render me unsuitable forthis event. 4. Safety of Property. I acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my horse/s, equipment and other possessions during the period of the event. I further agree at all times to take reasonable care with regard to farmland, property, stock, and crops. I accept that no firearms or littering are allowed. I understand that dogs must be secure at all times, or if stated on the entry that there is to be no dogs on the property, that I abide by this. 5. Liability By participating in the event, I expressly accept all risks personally and releasethe organisers, their servants and agents, owners and occupiers of the land,sponsors and all other persons involved in the event from any liability,claims, losses, damages or expenses caused by the event including, but notlimited to, any personal injury or death, any emotional or nervous disorder,any medical condition or suffering, any property loss or damage. 6. Medical Treatment. I consent to receive medical treatment in case of injury, illness or suffering during the event and agree to indemnify the organisers, their servants andagents from any liability or claims in respect of that treatment. 7. Cancellations. The organisers and/or judges reserve the absolute right to cancel or down-grade theCowboy Challenge as a result of adverse weather conditions, correctness of thecourse or any other unforeseen circumstances. I accept that refunds for any cancellations or no-shows will be made only with a medical or vet certificateor at the discretion of the organisers.

· Cancellations: More than 7 days prior to the event - full refund if medical or veterinary certificate received, or 50% refund up to 7 days prior if medical or veterinary certificate received.Conditions: Please note, completing an entry form means you accept these conditions. Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry. Format: The organisers may change the format and/or start times depending onentry numbers. Stallions: Must be identified at all times while on the grounds. Stallions mustbe under control at all times. As a stallion owner it is your responsibility toensure your horse is under control and is clearly identifiable to othercompetitors. Any stallions found to be causing issues to other competitors willbe asked to leave. Helmets: Riders under 18 must wear an NZSS approved riding helmet at all timeswhile mounted. Riders 18yrs and above helmet is recommended by landowner andCCNA, but not compulsary. Ride at your own risk.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

· 3 Ranges Cowboy Challenge Club plans to run this event even in less than perfect weather conditions, however if there is a dangerous weather event, such as electrical storms, flooding etc, your entry fee will automatically be refunded or carried forward to our next event date.
