While these factors may not automatically disqualify you from receiving a loan, failing to disclose them can delay the process or result in a denial of your application. We review each situation on a case-by-case basis and appreciate your honesty to ensure a smooth lending process.
- What cities/zip codes do you plan on doing transactions with us in? While we currently focus on lending within 45 miles of Milwaukee, our intention is to expand this considerably throughout Wisconsin over the next 12 months.
