Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Vermont History Day! Vermont History Day will take place at St. Michael's College on April 5th, 2025.

About the Contest

Vermont History Day is in affiliation with the National History Day (NHD) program. NHD is committed to encouraging students to think innovatively with history education. Vermont History Day students can create a paper, website, documentary, performance, or exhibit on a topic of their choice. Students must relate their topic back to NHD’s annual theme. To commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, in 2025 we will examine Rights and Responsibilities in history.
