By completing this assessment, you can gain insights into areas where your church is thriving and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Missional vitality in the context of church life refers to the dynamic state of a church actively engaging in its mission to fulfill the Great Commission as outlined in Matthew 28:19-20. This involves going beyond the walls of the church to make disciples, baptize, and teach the teachings of Jesus Christ. It's a holistic measure of a church's health and effectiveness in its core mission, reflecting how well it lives out its calling in both its immediate community and the larger world. Missional Vitality in the context of church life refers to the overall health, effectiveness, and impact of a church in fulfilling its mission.

  • Who Should Complete the Questionnaire:

    The questionnaire is ideally completed by church leadership, such as pastors, elders, or ministry leaders.If possible, a group discussion among leadership team members can provide a more comprehensive perspective.

  • Answer All Questions: The questionnaire consists of 20 statements across different categories like Vision and Mission Clarity, Leadership and Trust, etc.

    For each statement, select the option that best represents your agreement or disagreement on a scale of 0 to 5:

    0= Completely Disagree, 1 = Strongly Disagree, 2 = Disagree, 3 = Neutral, 4 = Agree, 5 = Strongly Agree.
