Trexo Open House at S.M.I.L.E. Therapy for Kids Burlington

Trial a Trexo device in Burlington! S.M.I.L.E. Therapy for Kids is hosting the Trexo team for an afternoon with trials. We would like to welcome the community to bring their kiddos to their centre. Time: 01:00 PM - 4:00PM. If you are interested we need you to complete the following assessment which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will help for the open-house session with your child. You may start it and save it to finish it later. Please answer all questions to the best of your ability.
