Thank you so much for your interest in booking a private event with us! This form will walk you through all of the decisions for food and beverage for your event, as well as list our policies and procedures. You will not be charged until you enter the payment fields and click submit, so please utilize this form as much as you need for your own planning purposes. You will receive a emailed copy of this completed form for your records. We will be in touch to confirm your requests within 7 days.

Appetizer Options
Appetizers are priced per person and can be included in any event.
Appetizer platters
Vegetable tray (an assortment of mixed vegetables served with ranch dipping sauce) for $6.00 per person
Brewhouse pretzel bites (served with our signature beer cheese dipping sauce) for $7.50 per person
Hushpuppies (filled with cheddar cheese and jalapeños, topped with fresh scallions) for $4.50 per person
Sweet heat rounders (Michigan-sourced apple sage sausage wrapped in bacon and finished with a Kentucky bourbon glaze) for $7.50 per person

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, all Friday and Saturday events must order exclusively from our banquet menu.
I understand that:

There is no elevator access to our upstairs event space. Guests must be able to use the stairs to attend.

I am responsible for any costs incurred from any damages made to the space or to any property of The Highway Brewing Company.
I understand that:

No furniture will be moved without permission from The Highway Brewing Company's ownership or staff (including piano, couches, pool table, etc.).
I understand that:

The pool table is The Highway Brewing Company's property and I am responsible for any damages that are made to the table or its accessories. I understand that I will not allow unsupervised minors to play with the pool table.
I understand that:

If I require AV of any kind, I will bring that separately, and the volume at which any presentation or music is played must not interfere with the dining room downstairs. I understand that no music devices are able to be plugged into The Highway Brewing Company system.

No outside liquor is permitted, and a $3,000 fine will be enforced if this is not respected.

No food from home kitchens is permitted.

Decorations that use push pins or tape are not permitted (poster putty may be used) and absolutely no glitter, sprinkles, or confetti will be tolerated, and a $500 fine will be enforced if this is not respected.

A nonrefundable booking/room rental fee will be charged for your event:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday is $20
Friday or Saturday is $300
I understand that:

Events on Fridays and Saturdays require a $1,000 minimum plus gratuity. This means that even if the event's food and beverage total is under $1,000, the credit card on file will be charged $1,000 plus gratuity.

A 20% gratuity will be charged in addition to our total food and beverage bill.

All upstairs events must be on one check. We cannot accommodate split checks for events held on our upper level.

A 5% administrative fee will be added to all payments made using a virtual card or if the card is not physically present at the time of payment.

The credit card on file will still be charged the food & beverage minimum in the case of a no-show
