  • Tallaght Community First Responders will not take ownership of or accept any liability or upkeep for public access defibrillators not owned or installed by them. Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure all the information pertaining to the AED, including location, expiration dates, and maintenance of equipment, is comprehensive and accurate. However, the information may not be completely comprehensive and accurate, and therefore it is provided on an 'as is' basis by the equipment owner.

    By completing this form, you are providing Tallaght Community First Responders with public information pertaining to the AED only, for the purpose of displaying on a Google Maps page that is managed by Tallaght Community First Responders.

    All AED information supplied in this form may be transferred to the National Ambulance Service & Dublin Fire Brigade databases and shared with 112/999 callers who may require its use during an emergency.
