ETG GOLD 15U & 16U TRYOUT REGISTRATION FORM

Elevate To Greatness (ETG) is a grassroots AAU travel basketball program based in the North Fulton/Alpharetta area focused on skill development and exposure for middle school and high school players who want to elevate their game. Our mission is to provide our student-athletes with competitive play, top-notch training from elite coaches, and opportunities for overall growth. Our ultimate goal is to equip players with the necessary tools to be successful both on the court and in the classroom.



Program Overview:

The ETG program is now partnered with Adidas and a part of the 3SGB Circuit.
Our high school players from the ages 15U-17U will compete in the 3SGB Girls and Boys East Divisions. The 3SGB Circuit has two live periods where college coaches/recruiters come out and watch the games. 

• Practice Schedule - 2x per week for 90 minutes
• Games - 10 weekend tournaments (minimum of 3 games per tournament)
• Location: All practices will be held at Valor Christian Academy, EHB Alpharetta, Shoot 360, and Fowler Park Rec Center.
• The team will primarily play in local tournaments throughout Metro Atlanta
• Access to EHB & Shoot 360 basketball facility and trainers

Tryout/Evaluation Process:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled tryout time to allow enough time for check-in. Be sure to wear athletic gear (shorts, t-shirt, basketball shoes, etc.) and bring plenty of water.  During tryouts, players will be evaluated by ETG coaches to determine which players are the best fit for the team. Players will go through a multitude of drills and scrimmages to assess their ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defensive skills, teamwork, and overall sportsmanship.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities of Elevate To Greatness, LLC during the selected session. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Elevate To Greatness, LLC I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Elevate To Greatness, LLC and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of travel to, participating in, or returning from practices, exhibitions, or competitions conducted during the season.

There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including basketball. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Elevate To Greatness, LLC including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event.

Furthermore, all images and videos of Elevate To Greatness, LLC are the property of Elevate To Greatness, LLC and can be used for any promotional consideration.

I hereby state that I have carefully read the above waiver. Acceptance and understanding of this agreement are hereby acknowledged.
