• Box Lunch Order Form

    Box Lunches require 24 hour notice and can include delivery. Additional requests concerning your order can be written on page 2 of this form.

  • This order form can include up to 12 box lunches. If you need a larger quantity, please inquire via email or fill out and return our printable PDF order form, which is found on our "Box Lunches" page.

    • Lunches are $14.25/person. Sandwiches marked with “*” are an additional $1.25
    • Every lunch comes with a choice of sandwich, side, and cookie. Drinks can be added for $1.75 each. Please fill out each box's category accordingly
    • Any of our sandwiches can be made gluten free, for an additional $1.50
