We work very hard to accommodate all of our patients, and while we understand that emergencies happen, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Unpaid fees may lead to cancellation of any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding as we try to maintain our schedule and accommodate patients that need to be seen. Last minute cancellations due to illness will require medical documentation. Failure to contact us to inform us via text (8-555-DRKAGA) or email (INFO@DRKAGA.COM) for any reason will still result in our cancellation fee being charged. We truly appreciate your compliance and understanding with our policies so that we can continue to provide excellent medical care as well as excellent customer service.
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your scheduled INTERNAL MEDICINE appointment or you fail to show for your scheduled appointment, a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE charge will be applied to your credit card. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your scheduled AESTHETIC appointment or you fail to show for your scheduled appointment, a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE charge will be applied to your credit card. A credit card is required to reschedule missed or canceled appointments. No refunds will be issued.
After a cancellation or missed AESTHETIC appointment, payment of service must be rendered in full before future appointments can be made. For prepaid Aesthetic packages or appointments, a $100 deposit must be made in order to schedule your appointment. If all appointments for the prepaid package are maintained, the $100 deposit may be refunded at the completion of the package. If you cancel your AESTHETIC appointment within 48 hours or no-show, the $100 will not be refunded and will serve as your cancellation fee.
Refunds and Product Returns
Please note that we have a strict no refund policy for all services, packages, appointments and retail purchases. This includes partially used packages. Sessions used as part of a package are redeemed at full cost of the service, not the package price. All retail purchases are strictly final sale due to sanitation regulations.
Late Policy
If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, however, we will do our very best to accommodate you. You may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day if one is available. New patients are required to fill out new paperwork via emailed link to avoid delays in being seen.
Payments
All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash and all major credit cards. For your convenience, we offer financing options for charges greater than $200 with CareCredit, Allegro, and Cherry (exceptions may apply, inquire for more information All packages must be prepaid at the time of the first service rendered. There are no exceptions to this policy. We have a strict no refund policy and do not guarantee any results or satisfaction with any and all treatments.
No services will be rendered without a completed and signed form on file.
