VIP Day Contract
PURPOSE: The following is an agreement between the client and the coach, Ruthanna Sonntag with Clarity Coaching. This relationship is a professional partnership in which both parties work together to help the client achieve desired outcomes in his/her life.

LIABILITY: The coach is not liable for any perceived damages that occur during the extent of the professional relationship. The client is 100% responsible for his/her well-being and success. The coach does not also assume any responsibility for results and does not guarantee success. All sales final. No refund.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
- 10 Hours of 1:1 Coaching
- Insider Access to Resources
- Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Follow Up Support with Ruthanna Sonntag and her Team
VIP Day Investment: $55,000

Non-refundable $5,000 deposit due to secure a VIP Day and fulfillment. The remaining amount will paid prior to VIP Day.
