We are excited to welcome all BBYO members in Grades 8-12 to Tournies Weekend taking place February 3-4, 2024 in Toronto Ontario. Programs take place on Saturday night (7:30-11:00pm) and Sunday (10:00am-4:00pm). Plus, each chapter will host a sleepover on Saturday night at a member's house (your chapter president will share details in the coming weeks).
New to BBYO? Tournies is a weekend retreat that is planned and led by teens in BBYO. Events like Tournies bring members together for a fun and meaningful weekend of programming, activities, inspiring moments, and hanging out with friends!
This is your chance to:
- Make connections👫🏻 with Alephs and BBGs from across Toronto, Vaughan, and Hamilton;
- Celebrate 100 years of BBYO at our annual Beauheart Ball semi-formal💃🕺;
- Compete in Aleph Zadik Aleph Athletics (AZAA) and B'nai B'rith Girls Games (BBGG) tournaments🏀 between chapters;
- Reunite with friends and showcase your chapter spirit as you participate in recreational programs and electives that represent the best of what BBYO has to offer!
There are just 120 spots so register early to avoid joining the wait-list. The cost is just $136 and includes round-trip transportation🚌, Kosher meals🍽️, programming👾, entertainment🎭, staffing👨🦳, supplies✏️, and program merch👕. Best of all, payments are fully refundable until January 25, 2024 for any reason.
A note about pricing:
We never want finances to be a barrier to a teen's participation. We recognize that high levels of participation in BBYO can often be expensive, and therefore designate scholarship funds that members can apply to receive to help them attend.
Did you know:
- We have more scholarship funding available than ever before!
- You can request up to 25% of the cost without providing any income information or tax forms, making it even easier to apply for a scholarship!
- All scholarship requests are completely confidential and all situations are considered!
- Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis, so the sooner you submit your request, the sooner you'll receive a response!
To request scholarship assistance, please register for the program and then complete the Scholarship Application within 48 hours of registering.
