IMPORTANT:
As we near show season for this class, you will find there will be plenty of opportunities to commit to bringing this show to life: from tech rehearsals to possible off-site build days. Your instructor will refine the details in class.

In order to prepare schedules accordingly, please review the following dates and establish your level of committment so we can begin scheduling our key tech crew and stagehand crew in advance.

What qualifies the tech crew, stagehand crew?
- Committment, availability, and responsibility.
- Since the equipment we train on is expensive, belonging to Northwood Baptist Church, and the professionals brought in to train keep certain schedules, we aim to honor both the schedules and treatment of the equipment.
- The assignments will be at the discretion of the teacher, Joshua Long, and the executive director of House Theatre, Laurie Grinnell.
- Please note, it will not be necessary to work on every production. We aim to maximize training on 1-2 productions unless you are willing to work all 3 productions.
Please ensure you have carefully reviewed the following schedule and bookmark it. Assignments will given mid-fall 2024 for planning.

Projected Dates to Bookmark:
- Saturday, February 8, 2025 (Elementary)
- Saturday, February 15, 2025 (Junior)
- Monday, February 24, 2025 (Senior Evening Rehearsal)
- Monday, March 24, 2025 (Senior Evening Rehearsal)
- Monday, March 31, 2025 (Senior Evening Rehearsal)
- There is a pending March Saturday rehearsal that is TBD for Senior. It will be announced well in advance for planning.
