  • Pick Up Policy

We aim to maintain a well-curated and evolving sales floor, so our pick up policy is important to our consignor relationship. After 90 days, consignors will be contacted and asked to pick up remaining seasonal, unsold items. In some cases, items may be pulled and returned to you before the 90 day period. Items may also remain on the floor longer; this is at our discretion. Any items left after 2 weeks of being contacted and with no response will become the property of 503 Bloomhouse Luxury Consignment and may be donated to charity.
  • THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS CONSIGNMENT/SALES AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) CREATE A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU ("CONSIGNOR," “YOU” OR “YOUR”) AND 503 BLOOMHOUSE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES (“503 BLOOMHOUSE”, “WE”, “US” OR “OUR”). PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

YOU MUST AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT IF YOU WISH TO CONSIGN OR SELL GOODS WITH 503 BLOOMHOUSE, AND BY SIGNING YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

THIS AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE IN FULL AS OF THE DATE SIGNED.

    WHAT WE ACCEPT

We are looking for high-quality and luxury apparel, handbags, shoes, and accessories. We prefer current styles (within the past few years) that are in new and like-new condition. Consignment is seasonal, and as such, we generally take seasonal items in season or just prior to the upcoming season and accept seasonless items year-round. In addition, we’re always curating one-of-a-kind and vintage pieces and do not limit what we accept to labels alone. Luxury, quality, and beauty are our guiding principles to offer our consignors and customers the best experience selling and shopping.

All consignment items must be sales floor ready. This means they must be laundered or dry cleaned, free of stains, holes, need of repairs, or smells. Shoes should be wiped down inside and out. Purses and wallets should be empty and be accompanied with the original dust bag, box, and/or authentication if you have them. If we choose to consign an item not in this condition, we will inform you of possible dry cleaning and/or repair needs on the item. At this time it is your choice if you would like to bring the items back sales floor ready to consign.

503 BLOOMHOUSE reserves the right to donate any items if we have not heard from or arranged pick-up with the consignor one week after we have contacted the consignor to pick up any items due to stains, flaws, or any condition preventing sale of the item.

    MINIMUM QUANTITY

To initiate a consignment relationship, a minimum of five (5) accepted apparel items is required per consignor. Exceptions to this requirement apply and may be made at the sole discretion of 503 BLOOMHOUSE in cases involving high-value handbags, couture garments, or other luxury items that align with our brand standards. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by 503 BLOOMHOUSE.

When you bring in items to consign, we will select and curate based on what will serve you as our consignor and our customer best. This is based upon what our customers are looking for, season, current in-store collection, and condition. We may not select some of your items for consignment. Please understand that this is not personal, as our curation must adapt constantly to customer demand, trends, and fluctuations in inventory. Should we not accept anything from you in one visit, we hope to work with you again in the future.

    SELLING

503 Bloomhouse merchandises products to sell in our retail store(s) in Nashville and Franklin, TN, posts curated products to shop via social media, and at our discretion online at 503bloomhouse.com. Products may also be featured, styled, or sold in other venues or avenues, and these merchandising and sales strategies are at the discretion of 503 Bloomhouse in order to best serve the customers and achieve the best sell-through for our consignors.

503 Bloomhouse reserves the exclusive right to merchandise, display, transport, and sell all consigned goods at either of its store locations in Franklin and Nashville, TN, as well as at off-site events, marketing activations, styled shoots, or temporary pop-ups. This includes but is not limited to transferring inventory between locations or using items for styling or promotional purposes. Such decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of 503 Bloomhouse to maximize exposure and sales potential for the consignor’s benefit. The consignor agrees to this flexibility and waives any claim regarding the specific physical location of their consigned goods while consigning with 503 Bloomhouse.

503 Bloomhouse reserves the right to use pieces for professional styling purposes, photoshoots, marketing campaigns, editorial features, influencer partnerships, and other promotional opportunities as deemed beneficial to the visibility and potential sale of the item. These instances will be handled with care and under supervision to minimize risk, and all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the return of items in original condition. While all precautions will be taken, the consignor acknowledges and accepts the potential for minimal wear from such use and agrees that such promotional efforts serve the interest of selling the consigned goods. Items used for promotional purposes will remain under the ownership of the consignor until sold and shall be tracked through 503 Bloomhouse's internal systems.

    CONSIGNMENT PERIOD & DONATION POLICY

The consignment period for most items is 90 days; higher-priced luxury items may be consigned for 120 days. Consignment periods are at the discretion of 503 BLOOMHOUSE and the consignor based upon individual circumstances.

If you, as the consignor, would like to pick up any unsold items at any time, please contact 503 BLOOMHOUSE via phone or email and allow 72 hours' notice for items to be ready for your pick-up.

503 BLOOMHOUSE will not cover shipping costs for any unsold items to be reclaimed, but we are happy to arrange shipping for you.

503 BLOOMHOUSE reserves the right to hold items for a longer consignment period or to place them in storage for another season if agreed upon with the consignor.

503 BLOOMHOUSE reserves the right to request pick-up by the consignor at any time for any reason. If the consignor does not respond within 14 days of notification to pick up rejected or unsellable items, ownership of the items will automatically transfer to 503 BLOOMHOUSE and we reserve the right to donate, dispose of, or repurpose the items at our sole discretion.

    PRICING & CONSIGNOR PAYOUTS

503 BLOOMHOUSE sets prices on all consigned items and reserves the right to edit pricing at any time based on demand, seasonality, condition, and any other factors.

Consignor agrees that 503 BLOOMHOUSE has the exclusive right to determine pricing and apply promotions at its discretion unless a written exclusion is agreed to in advance.

We aim to sell items at the highest price attainable for our consignors, but we will at times have sales or promotions in store. We reserve the right to have discretion over promotional pricing on items. If you would rather your items not be included in sales or promotions, you must inform us in writing.

Once an item sells, the consignment split is based on the retail price of the item and will fall into one of our tiers, as displayed below. This amount will be paid out via ACH, check in store, or store credit by the 15th of the month following the month the item was sold. We do not make payouts via cash, and we do not mail checks.

If the consignor would like to use their balance as store credit instead of being paid out, an additional 10% of the balance will be added to the consignor's total to shop in-store. Consignor's account will be credited as soon as items sell, and you may use your credit immediately to shop in-store. All other payouts occur monthly. If you would like to use your store credit to purchase something you see via social media, please call the shop and we will be happy to process your order over the phone and apply your credit to the sale.

503 BLOOMHOUSE pays consignors monthly around the 15th of each month for any goods sold in the previous month, and the consignor's balance can be viewed via logging into your account on our website 503bloomhouse.com and or via our Ricochet Go app at any time. If you would prefer to call/text to check the status of your balance, we are available Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM at 615-266-3002 or consign@503bloomhouse.com, and would be happy to provide any status updates requested.

Consignor is solely responsible for updating payment details and contact details and 503 BLOOMHOUSE shall not be held liable for delays due to outdated or inaccurate information.

Consignor is responsible for any dry cleaning or repair fees incurred by 503 Bloomhouse to bring goods up to sales floor-ready standards, and such amounts will be deducted from consignor earnings.

Bank fees (e.g., bounced ACHs) may be deducted from the consignor’s balance.

Checks can be picked up after the 15th of every month. If this date lands on a Sunday, holiday, or day the store is closed for any reason, checks will be available via pick-up the following business day the store is open. Direct deposits will be issued by the 15th of every month by 503 BLOOMHOUSE, though we are not responsible for the time it takes to be received into the consignor bank account, as receiving times vary from bank to bank. Should this date land on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, the consignor can expect to be paid the next business day.

Please ensure your preferred method of payout is noted in this contract. If you need to make a change, you must contact 503 BLOOMHOUSE via consign@503bloomhouse.com or by calling or texting at 615-266-3002.

Consignors can forgo payment to hold their balance as store credit and receive +10% to shop in-store. If the consignor prefers to hold their credit to shop in–store, the consignor agrees to forgo monthly payout and instead adds 10% to their value to shop in-store at any time. The consignor can choose to do this at any time, and store credit is available immediately.
The following describes your payout, based on the price we sell your item in-store.

    PAYOUT PERCENTAGES

    Up to $2,999 | 50%
    $3,000 - 4,999 | 55%
    $5,000 - 6,999 | 60%
    $7,000+ | 70%

    RETURN POLICY

503 BLOOMHOUSE has a no-returns policy. 503 BLOOMHOUSE reserves the right to issue a return on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of 503 BLOOMHOUSE. Though rare and outside of normal policy, if an item is returned for any reason, 503 BLOOMHOUSE reserves the right to determine whether the item will be restocked or returned to the consignor.  If the consignor has already been paid for the item, the amount of the return will be deducted from future payouts. If no future payout is expected, the consignor agrees to reimburse 503 BLOOMHOUSE for the amount of the return within 30 days.

LEGAL RIGHT TO CONSIGNED ITEMS & AUTHENTICITY

By agreeing to consign, you guarantee that all items consigned to 503 BLOOMHOUSE for sale are lawfully and entirely owned by you or you are acting on behalf of a person(s) who has given you the authority to sell such items on their behalf.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 503 BLOOMHOUSE LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to any breach of this Agreement, misrepresentation of ownership, or consignment of counterfeit or unauthorized items.

Consignor forfeits any right to proceeds or return of such items. All counterfeit or misrepresented items will be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and 503 BLOOMHOUSE policies.

Only original and authentic designer items are accepted by 503 BLOOMHOUSE for consignment. By submitting items to 503 BLOOMHOUSE for consignment, you are guaranteeing that the items are authentic designer items and not counterfeit “dupes” or "knockoffs."
These items should be accompanied by their original receipt and/or authentication card (plus, we love original dust bags and shoe boxes for designer goods).

For Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Coach, Chanel, Chloe, Celine, Dior, Fendi, Givenchy, Goyard, Gucci, Hermes, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, MCM, Prada, Saint Laurent, and Valentino handbags if you do not have the original receipt or authentication card, we will have each item professionally authenticated.

A $30 per item authentication fee for any handbag we personally authenticate will be deducted from the consignor's earnings. This fee is $130 per item for Hermès. If the item does not sell, you the consignor are held liable for the authentication fee expense and will owe any authentication amount incurred to 503 Bloomhouse.

If at any point during the consignment period, an item is found to be inauthentic, you understand they will be destroyed or used in a manner as determined by 503 BLOOMHOUSE, and you will not receive the goods or any earnings, as 503 BLOOMHOUSE will not sell or pay consignors for any inauthentic or counterfeit item.

If consignor is wanting any inauthentic item returned to them, consignor must pay $75 fee ($125 fee for any “Hermes” product) in order to obtain it.
We reserve the right to take any action permitted under the law to offset any costs incurred by 503 BLOOMHOUSE in connection with your submission of unauthentic sale items, including but not limited to retaining any of your inauthentic sale items or referring the matter to a third party collections agency.

503 BLOOMHOUSE shall be the sole seller of consigned items while in our possession. You understand and agree that you may not concurrently sell items yourself (e.g., having an item at 503 BLOOMHOUSE and also on Poshmark, Ebay, The Real Real etc., at the same time).

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

503 BLOOMHOUSE will make reasonable efforts to safeguard your items through security measures such as camera security, professional alarm system and monitoring, locks on doors, etc. but 503 BLOOMHOUSE releases responsibility and has no liability for loss, damage or destruction on any consigned items(s) by fire, theft, accident or any other cause. 503 BLOOMHOUSE releases responsibility and has no liability for loss, damage or destruction TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 503 BLOOMHOUSE’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the agreed consignment price of the item in question.

    Force Majeure

503 BLOOMHOUSE shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, failure in performance, loss, damage, or destruction of consigned items, or inability to fulfill obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, storm, explosion, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic (including government-imposed closures), war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, acts or omissions of carriers, suppliers, or third parties, government regulations or orders, or any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of 503 BLOOMHOUSE (each, a "Force Majeure Event").

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, 503 BLOOMHOUSE shall make commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable and shall notify the Consignor of any material delays or inability to perform under this Agreement. Any deadlines or consignment periods affected by a Force Majeure Event may be extended by a reasonable amount of time as determined by 503 BLOOMHOUSE.
