We want our salon to be a place where clients go when they are feeling down and need to be reminded of how beautiful they are. We want our salon to be a place that is filled with creative energy. PRICING

Pricing for your appointment will be discussed before scheduling. Our stylist do charge hourly for all color services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel within 48hrs there will be no charge. Cancel within 24hrs and you will be charged 25% of your scheduled service. If you no show/no call and it’s the first time it happened you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services. If you you no show/no call more than once you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services. We do charge hourly for all color services so if you schedule a 4hr appointment with a stylist that charges 115$ an hour that is 460$. We understand things happen so please message me if you are not able to make it in! Especially if you are not feeling well and need to reschedule.

I acknowledge that my stylist is a licensed professional who has spent quality time perfecting their skill and should be treated with respect at all times.

I confirm that I have told my stylist all of my hair history to the best of my knowledge.

I confirm that the stylist will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service did not turn out 100% as expected.

I understand that the results of a chemical services may vary from one person to another. The stylist will not know 100% how your hair is going to react to the chemicals unless we do a test strand prior to the service.

I confirm that we will discuss at-home maintenance and the importance of using stylist-recommended products. The stylist is not responsible if the client does not follow recommendations. You will receive an at-home care guide at the end of your appointment.

I am giving my stylist permission to apply the necessary chemicals to help maintain my hair's integrity in order to achieve the desired look.

I consent to photographs and videos of the provided services. The stylist will also have permission to post that content to their social media or enter into hair competitions.

I acknowledge that the stylist is not responsible for giving me a refund if I am unhappy with the services that I received.

In the unfortunate event that I am not satisfied with my services provided, I have 72hr to contact my stylist and schedule to come back in to get my hair retouched, free of charge. If I wait for more than 72hrs there will be a 50% charge of the total to come back in and get corrected. After 2 weeks it will be a 100% charge to come back in. *This only applies if there is a mistake with my hair or it does not resemble what I asked for. Does not apply if I change my mind from what I originally wanted*
