Truck & Trailer Parking Agreement

This agreement made on {currentContract} between {fullName} DBA {businessCompany} (LESSEE) located at {billingAddress} and PDP TRUCKING INC  located at 975 S Hwy-67, Suite A, Midlothain TX 76065.

WHEREAS, PDP Trucking Inc agrees to lease a parking space to LESSEE until a written statement to terminate the agreement is given by LESSEE. PDP TRUCKING INC must have at least 7 days notice of terminating the agreement.

PDP Trucking Inc is not financially responsible for any damages made to your truck/trailer or personal vehicle while parked in the yard unless damage is caused directly by a PDP employee.

Lease Terms
PDP Trucking Inc has the right to immediately terminate  any agreement made between LESSEE and PDP Trucking Inc located at 975 S HWY-67 Midlothian TX 76065 if any terms listed below are violated:

1. No littering on the property (no scrap tires, trailer trash or any trash).
2. Lessee damages another vehicle on the property.
3. Lessee damages the building, fence, gates or any other property damage to the land or buildings. 
4. In the event of default to provide payment by the 3rd day from the due date to PDP.
5. Lessee cannot perform any type of repairs or maintenance on the property for truck and trailer without a written approval from the Owner of PDP (Peter Pshichenko) that will result in oil, antefreeze, or any fluid spills. (Use LKG Shop, they have bays and a proper way to dispose of the liquids.
6. Lessee is responsible to park its personal vehicle in the place of their designated equipment. Parking any other place will be reasons for contract termination.

Recurring ACH Payment Authorization

You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your {achBank[4]} account completed below. You will be charged the amount indicated below each billing period. A receipt for each payment will be provided to you and the charge will appear on your bank statement as an “ACH Debit”. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us

This payment breakdown is for Truck/Trailer Parking Spaces as follows: 

($150.00 x {howMany} Spaces) + ${cityAnd} of 8.25% City & State Sales Tax = ${achTotal} Total to be charged monthly.

I, {fullName}, completely understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify PDP Trucking Inc in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. For ACH debits to my checking/savings account, I understand that because these are electronic transactions, these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the above noted periodic transaction dates. In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that PDP Trucking Inc may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days, and agree to an additional $50 charge for each attempt returned NSF which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I certify that I am an authorized user of this bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.

Recurring Credit/Debit Card Payment Authorization

You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your {creditCard[1]} credit/debit card completed below. You will be charged the amount indicated below each billing period. A receipt for each payment will be provided to you and the charge will appear on your credit/debit card statement as a “Credit/Debit Debit”. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us

I agree to be charged an additional 3.5% processing fee when selecting the Credit Card option. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify PDP Trucking Inc in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. I understand that because these are electronic transactions, these funds may be withdrawn from my credit/debit card as soon as the above noted periodic transaction dates. In the case of a credit/debit card being rejected I understand that PDP Trucking Inc may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days.
