What you will receive in Embodied Pleasure:

- (12) 75-minute coaching sessions (2 sessions/month over 6 months) via Zoom

- A brief email post-sessions, including the desire/goal you are moving toward, agreed upon next steps, questions for further reflection

- Supporting material for you to continue your deep dive and to integrate sessions (personalized at-home practices, book suggestions, guided audios, etc.)

Cost: $3,000
