      Your credit card will be charged immediately upon clicking “Accept Conditions and Submit Payment.” The ticket fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Name change and substitution requests must be received by July 8th, 2024, 11:59 PM PST.

      Team Everest reserves the right to accept, reject, or conditional acceptance, based on Team Everest's sole discretion, for any reason, which need not be disclosed to the applicant. By registering for this event, you agree to hold harmless for any damages or injuries to property or individuals that may occur during the conference.
