PLEASE READ:
Festival spots are based on a 10'x10' space. For vendors bringing RVs or trucks, please measure your vehicle and sign up for the number of spaces needed (e.g. an RV measuring 27 ft. will require 3 spaces).
Placement in the Festival & Parade is at the sole discretion of the planning committee. Due to the size of this event, special requests cannot be guaranteed to be honored, and no refund will be issued due to requests not being met.
Each Festival registrant will be provided one 8' x 2.5' table, and 2 chairs, for the duration of the festival. Additional tables/chairs may be rented with your registration.
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided. If we need to cancel this year's event for any reason, full refunds and communication will be provided to our sponsors, vendors and supporters as soon as possible.
If you have any trouble, please contact info@cincinnatipride.org before finalizing payment. The 2024 Pride Committee reserves the right to decline any application. If your application has been declined but payment has been processed, you will receive a refund within 60 days.
