I am voluntarily participating in Community Cat Angels' Trapping TNR program. I understand that I need to review my personal circumstances to determine whether I am physically able to volunteer as a trapper for CCA. I also certify that I have adequate resources or insurance to cover me in the case of injury to myself or others as a result of my volunteer position as a Community Cat Angels Trapper.*

I understand that Community Cat Angels is not insuring, defending or indemnifying me with respect to injuries or other liabilities that may arise out of my volunteer work with Community Cat Angels.*

I acknowledge that feral cats are wild animals and can be unpredictable in their behavior and are capable of inflicting serious bodily injury or even death. I am willing to assume this risk in order to volunteer and participate as a trapper for Community Cat Angels.*

In consideration of being permitted to volunteer as a trapper on other people's property either residential or commercial, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any loss, property damage, or personal injury including death that may be sustained as a result of my participation and volunteer duties as a Community Cat Angels trapper. I will always obtain written permission to trap on any property that is not my own.*

I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue or hold Community Cat Angels, its officers, other volunteers and agents from any responsibility and from all claims resulting in property damage or personal injury or illness or death arising from my volunteer work and participation as a trapper.*
