DC Delegate Authorization

Greetings! It is time for congregations to elect and report delegates to our District Conference, July 25-27, 2025. You may certify your delegates by using either the form you will receive via U.S. Postal Service and email, or by completing a separate form online for each of your congregation's delegates.

We strongly prefer delegates be personally present for conference discussions, decisions, and fellowship. However, if that is simply not possible, Zoom participation (in business sessions only) can be arranged by filing this form. A few days before the conference we will email you specific instructions on how to log on to our Zoom feed for business sessions on Friday and Saturday, July 25 and 26.

For planning and materials distribution purposes, we would like to have your information by at least June 10, but sooner than that is VERY HELPFUL.

We have agenda items this year for which we are legally required to distribute materials 30 days ahead of the conference. It is important to receive your timely response so materials can be sent to your delegates allowing time for them to become familiar with the business. Please get this to us as soon as possible.
