2024 Apple Butter Festival Vendor Registration

Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm
***We are no longer accepting any type of crocheted item vendors***
Booth Spaces: 10x10 $100 for Saturday and Sunday
Truck/Trailer Space: $15/Linear Ft.
Setup and Policies:**All vendors must be setup and ready by 9:00am Saturday, Sept. 21st****Vendor setup starts Friday, Sept. 20th @ 11:00am for vendors on the courthouse lawn ONLY. All other vendor setups will begin at 5:00pm.**1. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, and extension cords.2. Vendors are responsible for any loss or damage to their own property.3. The Spencer Lions Club Festival Committee reserves the right to remove anymaterials or products that do not comply with our/community standards.4. Vendors selling food must comply with the Owen County Health Departmentrequirements and have all the needed certificates and permits the county and statemay require.5. Tents must be contained within your own purchased booth space.6. Unfortunately, there will not be a rain date. The 2024 Apple ButterFestival will take place rain or shine and without refunds.
