Setting goals will drastically improve your chance of reaching a desired outcome.
YOUR WHY?
Why is it important for YOU to do this challenge? What is your “why”?
You must have a strong enough long term emotional reason to be successful in achieving your personal fitness goals. Without these goals it’s unlikely you will put in the required planning, preparation, time and effort needed for success. For example, a goal of “losing 5 kilos” needs to have a personal and emotional driver behind it to determine that it is important enough to achieve and maintain.
