  • Please read + agree to the policies of ASH + IVORY: In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, 48 hours notice is required. If we are within that 48 hour window, there will be a charge sent via invoice that is determined by the allotted time you have reserved. If the invoice remains unpaid after 24 hours, the card on file will be charged to complete the invoice. Rescheduling is available when the charge is paid in full. Arriving 15+ minutes after the start of your reservation is considered "Late" + your service will likely need to be rescheduled. In this case, the late cancellation fee will be implemented. Please reschedule if you are feeling under the weather or have a fever Please know, you will kindly be asked to go home if you arrive to your appointment + appear sick +/or have a fever. In this case, the late cancellation fee will be implemented. At ASH + IVORY, we prioritize maintaining a luxurious + relaxing environment for all our guests. We understand how important it is to carve out this time for yourself + how difficult it can be to plan ahead for your reservation. Please, DO NOT bring any additional guests, including children with you to your reservation, unless previously discussed with your stylist. Reservations for new guests are made available on weekdays during the hours of 9am-4pm.

Your submission will be reviewed + we will reach out on the following Tuesday via your preferred method of contact. The next steps will be to reserve time for a required consultation before going through with reserving time for your initial services with us. (There is an exemption for guests looking to only receive their first curly cut with Carrie.) During this time together, we will discuss specific pricing for the initial reservation as well as the investment for maintenance when it comes to both time + finances.
