          TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

          1. The seat will be reserved only upon payment of the prescribed fees stated in this Registration Form.

          2. Refunds will be honored if written notice of cancellation is received electronically prior to the start of the program: 20 days prior - Full refund; 15 days prior - 75% refund; 10 days prior - 50% refund; 5 days prior - No refund will be made. This is to cover incidental costs.

          3. Learners may request a batch transfer up to one week prior to the training date. Requests made within this period are free of charge. For requests made after the period, a transfer fee of 35% of the course fee will be applied.

          4. CPHR International Management Academy and International HR Institute reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change learning platforms, and facilitators due to factors beyond our control, and to ensure learning effectiveness. Only on CPHR International-initiated cancellation of assembly can the seat be moved to the next immediate assembly, or full refunds will be given.

          5. Substitutions for individuals can be made up to ten (10) days before the assembly date.
