If you are unable to select a date, it is likely booked, but we encourage you to choose the next best date and write your preferred date in the comments box. Dates are only considered booked with a deposit and therefore may become available.

START & END TIMES

Bookings for the Canopy Courtyard venue may start as early as 6:00 am and end as follows:

Sun - Thurs by 9:00 pm, Fri - Sat by 11:00 pm, Holidays by midnight (conditions apply)

DURATION: Events - up to 5hrs; Commercials & Music Videos - up to 12hrs

We are in a residential area, so music should be played at a reasonable volume, for you and your guests, and not the neighbours.

CRITICAL: Please do not block, or partially block, the gate or garbage cages at any time (even if it is a short stop or drop off).

Garbage Disposal is your responsibility, therefore, please make arrangements to take your garbage bags and prepare to clean up after the event, taking your garbage with you, i.e. off the premises. Garbage Bin is on site to hold the bag.

Cancellation, Late Fee, Service Fee and Rescheduling Terms & Conditions* This field is required.Must accept ALL terms for submission to be accepted

To secure our service a minimum deposit is required of $10,000, up to 30% PLUS or inclusive of the full location fee (where applicable). Deposits are non-refundable but are fully transferable. For dates within 1-4 weeks, the deposit should be paid within 3-5 days, while for dates 5+ weeks away, the deposit is due within 15 days. The deadline for the deposit will be indicated on the invoice as your due date. Once the deposit is received, the invoice will be updated with the due date for final payment which is due prior to the service date as follows: 7 days (without food) or 10 days (with food).

Rescheduling is allowed without penalty, if done 4 days (96 hours) before your scheduled picnic date. We will happily change your reservation time to accommodate you within 8 weeks of your original date at no cost (subject to availability). Cancellation during off-peak times attracts a "lost opportunity" charge of J$5000 or US$35 and J$10,000 or $70 during peak times. Rescheduling or Cancellation with less than 4 days (96 hours) notice will result in a fortfeit of your $10,000 deposit (the difference will be returned and reflected to your account within 48 hours depending on your Bank). In the cases of inclement weather or COVID 19 curfew restrictions ONLY, you may choose to reschedule within an 8 week timeline or receive 100% refund* (depending on the location). Only ONE rescheduling is permitted.

A late fee is applicable if you are more than 30mins late to your scheduled event or if your event does not end by the agreed time. The cost is J$3000 or US$20 and is payable in advance of your picnic. This amount is reimbursable in CASH at the end of the event. Picnic Services are for 2- 3 hours* from your booked start time, regardless of your arrival time. You or a named member of your party must be available to accept handover to avoid late charges. This is non-negotiable. *conditions apply (duration is dependent on location)

There is a 20% service fee for all groups under 5 persons, while picnics of 5 or more persons attract a reduced service fee of 10%. Delivery and location fees (where applicable) are separate and will be added to the final cost. Overnight rental must be requested at least 3 days prior to the service but preferably at the time of booking (subject to availability).

Coupons will only be applied to the rental cost for the setup and not to the final bill.

We are only responsible for our items, therefore, please remove all personal belongings once the service is concluded. Please do not leave the setup unattended. You will be charged for any damages that may occur due to negligence (up to $10,000).
