- I have read and understood the FAQ and information document
- I would like to participate in the Trek Sahara 2025 for Brain Tumour Research and pledge to raise a minimum of £2,740 (excluding Gift Aid). I acknowledge that £2,192 will be paid to Brain Tumour Research by the 2nd January 2025 and the remainder no later than the date of departure
- If I am not able to fundraise the minimum amount, I understand that I will cover the outstanding amount myself
- I understand that the registration fee of £390 is non-refundable and payable on confirmation of my place, and until payment is received by the charity my place is not confirmed 
- I agree to set up a JustGiving within seven days of being allocated a place 
- I hereby confirm that I am 18 years or over and acknowledge that I am taking part in this activity entirely at my own risk, and therefore do not hold Brain Tumour Research or any of its representatives responsible for an injury or loss that might occur as a result of my participation OR that I am over 16 years of age and will be participating alongside a parent / guardian
