Future Me Registration
Future Me is the employment and education programme designed for care experienced people aged 16-25.

The Rees Foundation are working hard to improve mental health and wellbeing and to help care leavers understand what career options are available.

The Future Me Project has been created to determine what job you might want to do and to meet other care experienced people and business owners. There will be some fun along the way with a mixture of face-to-face and virtual sessions.

If you would like to join the programme, we’ll need a few details from you so we can sign you up.

Why do we need to confirm your former care status?

Whilst we would love to be able to support everyone, we do need to make sure that the Charity’s funds and resources have reached our intended beneficiaries; care-experienced adults.

You can use any of the below options:*

1. Give us explicit permission to contact the former Local Authority and seek a simple yes/no response to whether you/the individual was in care.2. Send us another form of confirmation that you/the individual has been in receipt of care. You can send this to contactus@reesfoundation.org.3. Speak with a Rees Support Worker in confidence on 0330 094 5645.4. If, on the other hand you've been in touch with us previously and we have verified your former care status, then please tick this option.
