Pre-K 2024-2025 Hanover Church Preschool Registration Form
A non-refundable deposit (registration fee AND September tuition) must be paid and mailed into the church or dropped off outside in the Preschool Dropbox by the door to be considered complete. Please pay this fee in the form of check or money order payable to Hanover Church Preschool.

$35 Registration fee plus

$80 September tuition for Sprouts (Preschool) or

$115 September tuition for Pre-K.

If more than one child from the same immediate family is registered for the year, only a single registration fee is required, but the first month’s tuition must be paid for each child at the time of registration.

Facebook and Bulletin Board Authorization

HCP maintains a private/Preschool-only Facebook page (paragraph 14.3 of the Handbook), and bulletin board (paragraph 14.4 of the Handbook Children's names are NOT associated with any photos on the Facebook page, but his/her first name MAY be shown on photos posted to the bulletin board in the classroom.

Remind App Sign up
HCP uses a "Remind App" to contact each person through their cell phone for all communication before the school year begins and throughout the school year. This is also how you will be able to communicate with the teacher. There is no direct phone number or email to reach the preschool teacher. Remind App is used for communicating all emergencies, such as unanticipated school closings, if the teacher has a special project planned, a special guest speaker is visiting, or needs to provide timely notifications regarding an issue, the App will be used.

In order to sign up for "Remind App" in the sprouts class- send text @sprouts242 to 81080. To sign up for the Pre-K class text 81010 to @prekhcp2.

You will recieve confimation that your child is in the class through the Remind App once payment is recieved. If you do not complete payment to secure spot in class or choose to no longer participate in Hanover Church Preschool program you will be removed from Remind App.
