2024 Donation Form

Texas School Charities has a two-fold mission:

1. To provide educational scholarships for current and future entrepreneurs.

2. To facilitate positive change in communities across the US. For 2024, TSC is working with three initiatives--Photography Camps for Children, Photographic therapies for Veterans with PTSD and providing manpower (photographers) and financial assistance to "Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep" (NILMDTS) which gifts remembrance photography to parents whose child does not have a long life expectancy.

We accomplish this mission using funds raised during The Give Back--a ticketed auction created to harness the giving power of the 1,000 professional photographers who gather yearly for a week of continuing education. People come from all over the country for this event and represent all demographics.

Donated items will be featured with a physical display in the Texas School Charities booth at the trade show all week. Any promotional material or samples provided will be displayed as well.

Please try to have items delivered to a Texas School Charities Board or committee member by April 15th, 2024. If you are planning to attend Texas School, please photograph your item for us, upload images to the specifications below and bring the item to the TSC booth (Ballroom level) on the morning of Sunday, April 28th. Please include a value for each individual item or a single value if it's a gift basket/collection..

Photo Submissions: Image(s) are requested to be 1600px on the long side at 72dpi. If this is a problem, please do not worry. We can resize as needed.

Gift Certificates: If possible, please provide print-ready certificates in 5x7 or 8.5x11 size at 300dpi in jpeg format. Your company name, logo, and contact information, (ie, phone number and email) should be included on your gift certificate along with a description of the item. If your gift certificate has an expiration date, please include it on the certificate. We recommend writing on the certificate "Texas School Charities 2024" to track your certificate and verify use.

Prints as Auction Items: If you are submitting an art piece, please provide a 2"x3" image file for display on the card. Final printed art pieces should be smaller, accent-sized pieces (11x14, 12x12, etc.) for winners to be able to transport them home. Special exceptions can be made with committee approval.
