- I agree to DFW French Bulldog Rescue's adoption process, that I will undergo a homecheck and interview at the discretion of DFW French Bulldog Rescue.
- I understand DFW French Bulldog Rescue will check my references including veterinary and personal.
- I understand there is an adoption fee associated with adoption of a pet from DFW French Bulldog Rescue and that it is tax deductible according to IRS 501(c)(3) guidelines. I understand this adoption fee will ensure the organization is equipt to rescue another French Bulldog in need. All adoptions fees are cycled back into the rescue to cover spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm testing, and monthly heartworm prevention up until the French Bulldog is adopted.
