The foundation of an effective dual enrollment program is tight alignment between campus faculty expertise, instructor support, and student academic experiences. This detailed, hands-on virtual workshop will guide participants through structured exploration and identification of key components that maximize the connection and consistency across teacher training, instruction, evaluation, and ongoing teacher support. Participants will come away with concrete strategies for evaluating coherence of crucial learning objectives and strategies (among faculty, teachers and students), determining alignment with core program (or course) goals, and next-steps to improve alignment and cohesion.
Targeted virtual session focused specifically on adopting my specially designed evaluation standard calibration tool (calibrating the four most commonly challenging areas of dual credit programming) to strengthen program evaluation efficacy. Cost $175.
The training is presented by Mike Beam. Mike is a highly skilled expert with extensive experience and national profile in dual enrollment program delivery and development, training, consulting, program evaluation, and data analysis.
Max 25 participants in the session.
