Upload a picture of the style of dessert you looking for, which will be included in your message to us.  This can be an image of desserts you have found on Google or Pinterest, or a picture you may have drawn yourself.  The more ideas you are able to show us, the closer we can get to designing your perfect dessert.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment is required up front for all orders under $100. All orders over $100 will require a 50% non refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to the pick up date. Your payment will reserve your order and your date.

Change Cutoff:
Order changes can be made up to 1 week prior to the pickup date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

Cancellations:
All orders must be cancelled 14 days prior to the pickup/delivery date. Payments will be returned upon cancellation (minus deposit and/or supply costs). Orders cancelled less than 14 days before due date will not be refunded due to the production process already having begun. The payment may be used for a future order dependent upon availability.

Rush Fee: Orders placed with less than 1 week notice (subject to availability) will be charged a $25 rush fee. 

Refunds: Any refunds or credits are solely at the discretion of Roha's Ark Bakery.
