I love creating custom colors for all of my guests and specialize in dimensional color and reds! At our initial in person meeting and appointment, I do add on 15 minutes prior to our transformation so we can discuss our process more in depth.

This form is simply to find out what your hair color goals and expectations are and to see that I am the right stylist to fit your needs! I also want to ensure we schedule the correct time slot to meet your goals.

I appreciate you taking the time to fill out this form to the best of your ability. After receiving your form, I will reach out within 24 hours Monday-Friday or the next business day if received Saturday or Sunday.

I understand that Beauty by Brandi asks for a 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If notice is given within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the originally scheduled service will be charged. If cancellation within 1 hour or "No-Show", a fee of 100% of the originally scheduled service will be charged.
