NOMINATION GUIDELINES
GUIDELINES
- Entries will be deliberated by a judging committee based on the entry write-up and supporting documents.
- Each company may submit a maximum of three (3) entries only.
- Each nomination form is valid for one entry only. Fill out the form again if you will nominate another project or in another category.
ELIGIBILITY

Nomination is open to companies with an office in Asia.

The awards programme is on the lookout for outstanding experience initiatives such as projects, products, services, strategies, campaigns, or case studies that were either:
- launched, in part or full, over the last 24 calendar months
- launched prior to 24 calendar months and had any recent improvements or upgrades
Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the awards programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits.

JUDGING CRITERIA
- Background - What was the inspiration behind the initiative? Who were the relevant stakeholders and how were their needs identified and understood?
- Uniqueness & Innovation - What was especially creative or innovative about the initiative?
- Effectiveness - What were the initiative’s objectives and targets? How were they achieved and what measures have been used to assess its success?
- Impact - What were the initiative’s impacts on your company and industry?
- Dynamism - Is the initiative flexible to changes and progressive opportunities in the future?
COST

Nomination is free of charge.
If your company wins, you are entitled to book the winner's package to maximise the promotional benefits of your win.

Nomination is free of charge. Should you win, the winners package secures your seats at the prestigious awards dinner and gives you access to a wide range of valuable benefits at an exclusive cost.
All options include the use of the 2024 awards logo. As a seal of excellence, the logo can be used in marketing/advertising materials and campaigns, email signature, website, etc. to further build the company's prestige.

- Short-form video (60 seconds) about your winning project that can be used in YouTube shorts, Instagram and Facebook reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Full rights to the edited video interview, article write-up, and short-form video that you can use for your own distribution or as a marketing material
- Licensed use of the Asian Experience Awards 2024 logo on all your marketing materials
