PLEASE READ THE BELOW MESSAGE CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING IN THE FORM
The IUCN Academy is committed to support professional development of IUCN staff and reserves several seats for staff in each of its courses.
Complimentary seats will be allocated, with due consideration for the participation of various IUCN offices, to those staff who are willing and able to commit to the following requirements:
• Proficiency in English;
• Completion of the self-paced modules according to the course schedule;
• Active participation in live sessions and group work;
• Completion of assignments before deadlines;
Detailed programme requirements for each course, can be accessed here or below.
Sponsored staff are selected to represent IUCN in these programmes, and are therefore expected to demonstrate exemplary conduct,professionalism, and active participation.
We also ask you to secure the support to your participation from your line manager as some sessions may take place during working hours.
Kindly note that the demand for free seats exceeds the number of seats available; therefore, we ask you to apply to only one course per year. Moreover, we request that you apply only if you are sure you can commit to the above requirements.
Kindly note that staff seat selection is done on a rolling basis; the Academy team will contact you if you have been selected to attend.
