I understand that participating in exercise class can be potentially dangerous. I agree to follow the instructions and verbal cues issued by the Fitness Instructor.I am aware that potential risks associated with high intensity cardio workouts or other fitness modalities include, but are not limited to, serious neck and spinal injuries that may result in complete or partial paralysis or brain damage, serious injury to virtually all bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, and other aspects of the musculoskeletal system, and serious injury or impairment to other aspects of my body, general health, and well-being, or death.I am in good health to the best of my knowledge and I am fully able to participate in a general fitness program. I hereby consent to first aid, emergency medical care, and admission to an accredited hospital or an emergency care center when necessary for executing such care and for treatment of injuries that I may sustain while participating in Restore the Core, Win the War exercise class.I understand that I am responsible for my own medical expenses regarding any injury that occurs during this online fitness class. I will notify the Fitness Instructor of any significant injury that requires medical attention (such as emergency care and hospitalization).By choosing to participate in Restore the Core, Win the War exercise class, I assume all personal responsibility for my actions, safety, and compliance with state and local laws.
