I do offer a mic and speaker for all ceremonies. Would you like for me to bring these so your guests are able to hear your ceremony?
Fifteen to Twenty minutes prior to the start of your ceremony I can ask the guests to silence cell phones and to be seated is that something that you would like included? This is known as a unplugged ceremony.

If you don’t have a ceremony planned, I can send you over samples of different ceremonies that we can use as a starter for your special day.
If you would like I can match my garments to your wedding colors, if you would like for me to do that, please provide your colors below.
If you are in need of a Bi-Lingual service, what language, and dialect is needed? I can make pamphlets of the ceremony for those whom need translation.
If you would like prior to starting your ceremony we can announce there will be a brief moment for a photo opportunity for everyone to grab a quick photo. Is this something you would like?
Would you like your guests to hold off on giving you the cards and gifts until they are at the reception area?
This is your big day and we want to make sure that your wedding goes perfect, if you're not having a rehearsal please describe how you want everyone to enter, so that we aren’t planning your procession to the altar day of.

Once you have been pronounced and proceed to walk back down the aisle as a wed couple, there is usually a slight pause for the photographer to get another shot of you two kissing and then the wedding party exit. Would you like your guests to remain seated until the wedding party has exited the ceremony?

The Contract

It is agreed that the said services will performed by Willie Hunn and or an associate officiant working with The Flannel Officiant.

We do understand that family is important at your ceremony, so if due to the health of a family member being unable to make your ceremony we are more than glad to move and perform your ceremony date if needed. We also understand that due to acts of weather and issues with venues and your date and location are to be changed we do understand that and will do our best to perform your ceremony at a location of your choosing at later date and time if that is needed.

Note that if another officiant is found by the signing couple of this contract they will notify Flannel Weddings and Elopements, by any and all forms of communication, through social media, email, and text.

Be advised that every couples wedding day is important. As we do book a three hour time block to ensure setup of our equipment, ceremony, signing of paperwork, as well as tear down of equipment. Our time does start once upon site.

Please be advised that if your wedding starts more than 30 minutes past the booked time, unless there is a pre agreement with the officiant or due to weather, that there needs to be some flexibility in the schedule, as we may have other couples wedding day nuptials as well as yours. If the delay is over 30 minutes there will be an additional charge of $100.00 for every half hour past the window of time booked for the officiant.

Non-refundable retainer: $50.00

Rehearsal of Ceremony: $0.00

Officiation of Ceremony: $275.00

Travel Charges: $50.00 per hour at 0 amount of hours

Lodging: Up to but no more than $130 per night at 0 nights
