ADDITIONAL PROPERTY ADDENDUM

The property Owner (Owner Name/s), herin referred to as "Owner" enters this addition to the original agreement with LREI Property Management, LLC herin referred to as "Agent".

To add the folowing listed properties to the most recent existing property management agreement at the date of this signing.

all other agreements of the existing agreement remain unchanged.
