  • The Joseph Toomey Charitable Foundation was established in 2020. The Objects of the Charity are to relieve the needs of elderly persons through the provision of low-cost homeownership and associated services to address their needs.

    Currently, we only provide support for heating and hot water systems.

  • Identification requirements.

    To authorise and spend against the fund, we must verify that you or the recipient is over 65 and lives at the address where the work is requested.

    To do so, we request 2 photos: one to prove age and one to prove residence address.
