Childcare Enrollment Options

Childcare Rates (This is available to families who need childcare after preschool and rates are in addition to preschool rates).
Option 1: 11:00am - 3:00pm
Option 2: 11:00am - 6:00pm
A non-refundable $75 registration fee is due at the time of registration. There is also a non-refundable $35 registration fee if you choose one of the childcare options that is in addition to the preschool registration fee. Your child is not guaranteed a spot until this form and fee are returned.

Payments: All families must make tuition payments through FACTS Management. Payment options with FACTS Management are auto withdrawn from your bank or credit card payment with a convenience fee. Please go to https://online.factsmgt.com/aid to create your account. Tuition payments will be withdrawn on the 25th of any month in which a payment is due.
