UCA Camp -Overnight, $200.00 deposit for each person is required and guarantees your bed and space in camp. If dorms become full, your school may be asked to attend camp as a commuter.

Commuting, $100.00 deposit for each person is required.

- Male coaches must bring a female chaperone to stay in the dorm with the team.
- Resident Female Coaches: if you bring more than two male participants to camp, you must bring a male chaperone to stay with them.
- All males (coaches, participants & bus drivers) will be housed together, separate from the females, either in the same dorm or close by.
- You will be required to complete a room assignment form with every person attending camp listed by name by due date.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

UCA - UTSA Cheer l (July 21-24, 2026)

Deposit amount of $200 per person is due May 26, 2026.

Deposit is non refundable after June 9, 2026.

Remaining balance is due and payable no later than June 23, 2026.

Final and complete room assignment is due on June 23, 2026.
MEAL TICKETS FOR COMMUTERS ONLY

These are for non-residents and are available for an additional cost. The meals start with dinner on the first night of camp and end with breakfast on the final day of camp.
