• Southwest Camps Registration Form

    YOU MUST FILL THIS FORM OUT. IT CONTAINS INFORMATION THAT WE DO NOT RECEIVE FROM NCA/VARSITY. YOU ONLY NEED TO FILL THIS FORM OUT ONCE, ANY CHANGES AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FORM CAN BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL OR PHONE.
  • School Information

    PLEASE NOTE: EACH TEAM WILL BE INSTRUCTED SEPARATELY AND BASED ON TEAM LEVEL (VA, JV, F, JH etc.). IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR TEAM(S) (VA, JV etc.) TAUGHT SEPARATELY THEN YOU MUST REGISTER THEM AS ONE TEAM.

  • Total Numbers (2025 Varsity Spirit Camp Rules require a 1:10 authorized adult (coach, sponsor, school employee or parent chaperone 21 or older) to participant ratio.)

    (You must specify an M or F for each person attending camp. Mascot is a separate number from cheerleaders.)
  • UCA Camp - $200.00 deposit is required and guarantees your bed and space in camp. If dorms do become full, your school may be asked to attend camp as a commuter.

  • Resident Teams Only

  • Male Housing

    • Male coaches must bring a female chaperone to stay in the dorm with the team.
    • Resident Female Coaches: if you bring more than two male participants to camp, you must bring a male chaperone to stay with them.
    • All males (coaches, participants & bus drivers) will be housed together, separate from the females, either in the same dorm or close by.

  • ** Note - Only one parking permit is allowed per school. All others must pay for parking at UTSA. 

  • IMPORTANT DEADLINES

    UCA - UTSA Cheer l (June 16-19, 2025)

    Deposit amount of $200 per person is due April 21, 2025.

    Deposit is non refundable after May 5, 2025.

    Remaining balance is due and payable no later than May 27, 2025.

    Final and complete room assignment is due on May 27, 2025.

  • MEAL TICKETS FOR COMMUTERS ONLY

    These are for non-residents and are available for additional cost. The meals start with dinner on the first night of camp and end with breakfast on the final day of camp.
