FIRST TIME CLIENTS

In order to book an appointment there is a NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER Fee of half price of the Service discussed at our consultation.

*This retainer goes towards the over all cost of the appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of service.

The first appointment includes:
- 100% human hair extensions
- Color for your natural hair
- Custom blending hair extension color
- Cut to blend your new hair
- Style

The initial investment with Kattie ranged (deposit included):

18” hair: $1500-$2700
22” hair:$1800-$3300

This total is narrowed down during the consultation and is based on where your hair is currently, and what is needed to give you a flawless blend!

MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS
Your extensions will need to be moved up every 6-10 weeks.

Pricing is as follows:

Extension hair needs replaced every 6-9 months.

I recommend replacing THREE-SIX wefts of hair every 3rd move up appointment to keep extensions looking fresh and full.
- Hair is priced per weft and cost depends on length.
- 18" wefts $180/weft
-18" refined wefts $240/weft
- 22" wefts $250/weft
- 22" refined wefts $320/weft

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within 48 of your service, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Your card on file will be charged. A new appointment cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid.
* If this is your first appointment, you must pay the cancellation fee and a new non refundable deposit will be required to rebook

LATE: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled. You must pay the cancellation fee before you will be able to rebook your appointment.

NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you choose to no call/no show any scheduled service, you will not be able to book any future appointments. *
