FIX A CAT - Appointment Request Form
Appointments will be scheduled for the last two weeks in February on a First Come First Serve Basis. Questions can be left on the VIPP Phone (206)389-1085 or by email at fixacat@vipp.org. This service is provided for Free, compliments of VIPP.

Owner is responsible for the following:

Drop off is at 5:30 am the day of surgery at the VIPP cat shelter located at 12200 SW 243rd St. off of Old Mill Rd. Your cat should have NO FOOD OR WATER the night before the surgery.
Pick up is the following morning at the VIPP cat shelter between 9:45am and 10am.

Owners will get a text reminder of the appointment the day before. Please contact VIPP immediately if you need to cancel.

Cat must be in clean, secure carrier. If you do not have one, VIPP can loan one. Label the carrier with the cat's name and owner's name. A free micochip can also be done at the time of the surgery.
