NOTE that timelines for BIS installations can vary.

If the customer needs to be registered for a new wireline profile allow 5-7 business days between order and receiving an agreement.

Once an agreement is signed and returned it can take 3-5 business days before an installation date is provided. Installation dates are often 3-5 business days after.

There is no mechanics to move these along faster or inquire. If you wish to pursue another avenue you may engage partnersupport@bell.ca however their responses can take 48-72 business hours and will advise you to engage COE (all of which is not supported).

From start to finish it can take 11 - 17 business days to have new internet installed and this assumes no lengthy delays with having an agreement signed (ex. returned same day provided to client).
