Additional Information:

All visitors must follow barn safety rules. Small children must remain with a parent or guardian and sit quietly; running, squealing, or throwing objects can frighten horses. Touching or feeding horses should only be done under instructor supervision. Do not pet privately owned horses without permission.

Stay at least 10 feet behind horses and 4 feet from the sides unless you are a rider. No animals allowed on the property. Do not enter fenced areas or outbuildings. No smoking, drugs, or alcohol. Please follow all staff instructions.

Attire: All riders must wear closed‑toe shoes with a ½" heel. Pants are preferred, but small children may wear mid‑thigh shorts or capris in warm weather. Minors must wear a helmet; loaner helmets are available until one is purchased. Visitors are not allowed around horses unless wearing closed‑toe shoes.

Promotional Release: I understand that photographs or videos may be taken during lessons and may be used in Century Hills Stables LLC or Century Hills Farm promotional materials.

Financial Agreement: Class duration is 55 minutes. Private lessons are 50 minutes ($75). Semi‑private lessons are $135 (two riders) or $190 (three riders). CHS Buckaroos are 30 minutes ($45). Group lesson pricing varies. Payment is due at booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Private Lessons: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment to receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this window are non‑refundable. If the stable cancels due to illness, your lesson will be rescheduled.

Classes: Multi‑week classes are non‑refundable and non‑cancellable once enrolled. Enrollment reserves your rider’s spot for the full session. We cannot offer refunds, credits, or make‑ups for missed classes.

Weather & Circumstances: If the barn must close due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, an email will be sent by 8 AM or as soon as a decision is made. There are no refunds or makeup classes for weather‑related closures or parent‑initiated cancellations. If the instructor is unable to hold class, a makeup class will be offered.

Health: If you are sick, please stay home so you do not pass germs to others.

Arrival Instructions: Upon arrival, approach the big red barn, turn LEFT, follow the road past the white barn, then turn RIGHT into the alleyway. The new barn/arena will be straight ahead. Park near the boulders and go inside. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early.

I agree to sign the 2026 waiver and list all minors with me. Any adult who brings my rider to CHS must sign their own waiver.

Confirmation BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
