These images are used for inspiration purposes only and not for duplication. Please note that Cultura Cakes will not copy or duplicate work done by another baker or cake artist.

  • Once you have submitted this form, please allow 24-48 hours for me to send you your quote. Please see important information below.

    • All orders require a deposit of 50%. Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Deposits are to reserve your date and confirm your order.
    • Once the client accepts the quote, the deposit needs to be received in 24 hours. If deposit is not received your order will be canceled and your date will not be held.
    • Quotes will be sent by Text message AND email. A response is required within 24 hours of receiving your quote either accepting or declining. 
    • It is important to keep your lines of communication open in the event that I need to contact you regarding your inquiry, deposit, quote and invoice. If a response is not received from the client in 24 hours, the order will be canceled.
    • All orders are for pick-up unless otherwise stated in this form that delivery is needed. 
    • Remaining balance is due the day before pick-up, and 30 days before event date for Weddings and Quinceañeros. Cultura Cakes reserves the right to deny pick-up and or delivery if balance is not paid beforehand.
    • Pick-Up: All orders being picked up are to be picked up in Saint Cloud. Each client will get a specified time to pick up their order. PLEASE BE PROMT. Late pick-up's past an hour and no communication is made is subject to a late fee of $15 per every hour late past the pick up time.
    • If picking up, Cultura Cakes is not responsible for any damage to cake once it leaves our premises during transportation and set up.
    • Delivery: Delivery time will be specified based on client needs. At the time of delivery someone MUST be present to accept the cake. Delivery time frame will be communicated with the client the day before.
    • For orders being delivered, remaining balance must be paid the day before your event, unless delivery is for Wedding or Quinceañera cakes, then remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date.Cultura Cakes reserves the right to hold delivery if remaining balance is not paid prior to event date.
